Cancellation Policy

We know that travel plans sometimes need to be revised due to certain reasons. As part of our efforts to ensure that you do not have trouble later on down the road, we strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with our policy on cancellation and booking changes.

Booking Security And Payment Safety

The safety and security of your information are of utmost importance to us. Our team shall never request any confidential information regarding your financial transactions, such as credit/debit card numbers, CVV, one-time passwords (OTP), internet banking user ID, password, and so on. In addition, we shall never request any money transfers from our customers to a personal account or the installation of remote access software like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar ones. In case you come across any agent who asks such things under the name of our organization, please do not provide him/her with any information at all and inform us. Any monetary loss resulting from the disclosure of information to an unauthorized individual is the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Charges For Tour Packages

If you wish to cancel your tour or travel services, you must send your cancellation request to us in writing. A cancellation will be considered valid only from the date we receive your written request.

Individual Bookings (FIT)

For individual bookings, cancellation charges will be calculated on the total tour cost.

  • If you cancel 60 days or more before arrival, 15% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel between 30 and 59 days before arrival, 30% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • If you cancel between 15 and 29 days before arrival, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • If you cancel 14 days or less before arrival, or if you do not show up for the tour, no refund will be available.

Group Bookings

For group bookings, cancellation charges are higher because arrangements are made for multiple travelers.

  • If you cancel 60 days or more before arrival, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • If you cancel between 30 and 59 days before arrival, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • If you cancel 29 days or less before arrival, or if there is a no-show, no refund will be available.

Please remember that all cancellation charges are calculated on the full booking value and not on the advance amount paid.

Peak Season, Festivals, And Special Conditions

There are certain time periods in which there is a special requirement regarding package bookings.

In these time periods, there would be no refund regardless of the cause of cancellation.

  • This condition applies to time periods such as the high peak season from 20th December to 15th January.
  • And important festivals such as Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair, and others.

It should be mentioned that after confirmation of any booking, a minimum service charge of 10% of the tour price will be applicable on cancellation, regardless of lower cancellation charges.

In case any uncontrollable factors, including flooding, earthquakes, adverse weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances, impact a confirmed travel plan, we will either provide you with a credit note for the money that has been paid, or else, give you a refund after deducting the minimum 10% service fee from your tour package cost. The credit note can be used by the same person or the family, or perhaps by a relative or friend.

In the event of a cancellation by the traveler once the journey has begun, the refund to be given will be based on how much can be retrieved from the hotels, transport companies, and all other suppliers of services. It is not guaranteed that there will be refunds for any services not used.

Flight Tickets, Wildlife Safaris, And Required Documents

Flight tickets booked through us are generally non-refundable. Requests for date changes, schedule changes, or name changes will be handled according to the airline's own rules and policies.

Wildlife safaris, game drives, national park permits, and wildlife sanctuary bookings are completely non-refundable. Any request to change the travel date will also be treated as a cancellation, and no refund or adjustment will be available. These rules may change if required by government regulations.

To confirm a booking, valid identification documents must be provided.

  • Foreign nationals must provide a passport and a valid visa.
  • NRIs must provide a passport.
  • OCI or PIO card holders must provide their passport along with their OCI or PIO card.
  • Indian residents must provide a Driving License, Voter ID Card, or Passport.

Foreign nationals traveling to India must also hold a valid visa as required under Indian immigration laws.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved under this policy, the refundable amount will be returned only to the person who originally made the payment.

Refund processing usually takes about 5 to 6 weeks because of banking and payment processing procedures. If the refund is credited to a bank account or credit card, any applicable banking or transaction charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Requests made verbally, over phone calls, or through informal communication may not be accepted.
