Welcome to Only Trippers. We are happy to help you plan your trip and want your travel experience to be smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. Before you make a booking with us, please take a few minutes to read these Terms and Conditions.
These terms explain important information about hotel bookings, transportation services, travel documents, complaints, and other travel-related services. By confirming a booking with Only Trippers, you agree to these terms.

Hotel Booking And Stay

All hotel bookings are subject to room availability at the time your reservation is confirmed. We always try to provide the hotels mentioned in your travel package. However, hotel availability depends on the information provided by the hotel when the booking is made.

Sometimes, a hotel may become unavailable due to high demand, maintenance work, or other reasons beyond our control. If this happens, we may arrange a similar hotel with comparable facilities and standards whenever possible.

Most hotels in India follow a standard check-in and check-out time of 12:00 PM (IST). If you would like to check in earlier or check out later, please let us know before your travel date. We will be happy to forward your request to the hotel.

Please remember that early check-in and late check-out are not included in your package unless clearly mentioned in your booking details. Approval of such requests depends entirely on the hotel's policies, room availability, and the season of travel. While we will do our best to assist you, Only Trippers cannot guarantee that these requests will be approved.

Transportation Services

The transportation services offered in your package would be made available in accordance with the itinerary that was shared with you at the time of booking. Your vehicle and driver will be made available exclusively for the purpose of the transportation, tours, or travel services listed in the itinerary. The cost of the package offered by us includes only those transportation services included in the itinerary that have been made clear to you. Any other usage of the vehicle outside the agreed-upon schedule will not be covered.

This could be extra touring, individual tours, stopovers, waiting, more transfers, a change of routes, or using the vehicle for purposes other than the scheduled hours. In this case, there may be some charges involved. It is advisable that, in case you think you might require any additional transport services while on your vacation, you should communicate the same to us prior to your arrival. In this way, we can plan accordingly and save any trouble on your part during the tour.

Passports, Visas, And Travel Documents

Travelers visiting India from other countries, except citizens of Nepal and Bhutan, must carry a valid passport and a valid visa as required by Indian immigration rules.

Your passport should generally remain valid for at least six months from your date of travel. It is your responsibility to make sure that all passports, visas, permits, and other required travel documents are correct, valid, and available before your trip starts.

The cost of obtaining, renewing, updating, or replacing any travel document is not included in the package price. These expenses must be arranged and paid by the traveler.

Only Trippers cannot be held responsible for any travel issues caused by missing, expired, incorrect, damaged, or incomplete documents. This may include denied boarding, refusal of entry, travel delays, cancellations, missed services, or any interruption to your travel plans.

To avoid problems, we strongly recommend checking all document requirements well before your departure date and keeping copies of important travel documents with you.

Complaints And Legal Matters

At Only Trippers, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you face any issues during your trip, please contact your tour manager, travel coordinator, or our support team as soon as possible.

Reporting a problem quickly gives us the best chance to understand the situation and try to resolve it while your trip is still in progress. Many concerns can be addressed more effectively when we are informed immediately.

If you are not satisfied with the solution provided during the trip, you may submit a written complaint to Only Trippers after your tour has ended. To help us investigate properly, complaints should be submitted within 28 days from the end date of your tour.

Complaints received after this period may be more difficult to review because important records, documents, or information may no longer be available. This could affect our ability to investigate and respond to the matter fairly.

Any dispute, claim, or legal matter between the traveler and Only Trippers will be governed by the laws of India. By making a booking with us, you agree that any legal proceedings related to our services will be handled by the appropriate courts in India.
